Xlear
One of the best-kept health secrets you'll ever find

Xlear Nasal Wash ranks right up there as one of the best-kept health secrets I've ever encountered.
You can easily find it at your local health food store (in my neck of the woods, both Whole Foods and
Holly Hill Health Foods carry it). If it's not at a store near you, then you can also purchase it online.
Most people haven't heard of Xlear Nasal Wash except through the local health store grapevine. That's the
funny thing about it; the company maintains a low profile while its customers go around raving about the benefits
of this very effective product.
That's what makes the whole thing almost comical. The makers of this product aren't allowed to tell you
much about its benefits. Here's an excerpt from their website explaining why:
The spray described in these pages is not a drug. This means that the people manufacturing this spray
cannot advertise what the spray does for disease and illness. The spray only helps to clean your nose.
The benefits come from a clean nose.
Fine.
First, let me do what they can't: I can personally tell you that I tried this and it works. I have
seasonal allergies and asthma. After using Xlear, I haven't needed to use any of the usual medications
I have on standby in case of allergies or asthma.
Second, Xlear does precisely what they say it does: It cleans your nose. Big time. The main ingredients
in this saline spray are Xylitol and grapefruit seed extract - both of which bacteria simply can't stand.
Xylitol, in fact, is one of bacteria's natural enemies. Instead of killing bacteria, however, Xylitol
creates an environment where bacteria can't adhere to membranes of the nose and throat.
Technically speaking, we're talking about washing your nose with ingredients that bacteria hates. That's
all there is to it. And when your nose is free from bacteria, pollutants and allergens, guess what you
have less of? That's right - allergies and asthma. You're less likely to have an allergic reaction or
an asthma attack if the things that trigger them can't collect in your nose.
It's that simple. This is why I made a
big deal about soap
on a previous page. The simple act of washing goes a long way - both on your hands and in your nose.
I highly recommend this product. Check your local health store or order it at
Xlear's website.
Yours in health and fitness,
Mark Drolsbaugh
