Unique Fitness Tips - Top Quality and FUN Health & Fitness Articles!

Hi! Welcome to Unique Fitness Tips. I’m Mark Drolsbaugh and I’m excited to bring you one of the most original, informative, and practical fitness-related websites you’ll ever find. And, of course, it’s going to be fun. (It’s the combination of practical and fun that guarantees you’ll stick to it and succeed.)

It’s a sad truth that today’s fast-paced society makes it hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our fast-food, convenience store-dominated world has resulted in alarming rates of obesity and health problems.

Yes, I know most of us no longer have the time to do all the traditional fun things that keep us fit. This is what makes this page so unique – there’s nothing “traditional” about it. I’m going to share with you a number of exciting, time-saving health and fitness tips that are remarkably effective.

But I simply don't have the time to adhere to a traditional fitness regimen -- and I suspect that's true for most people anyway. So I guarantee you that the tips and suggestions you'll find here are astonishingly efficient. Pick the ones that appeal to you the most; remember, a wellness program that's time-saving and FUN exponentially increases the odds that you'll stick with it. And when your "program" becomes a "lifestyle," you've won the whole ballgame right there.

Before you get started, here’s something I personally guarantee you:

Any fitness tip in this website – be it an exercise program or a health product – must pass a rigorous Drolz Standard before it can be included here. The criteria for a program or product’s inclusion is as follows:

1) It must be something I’ve personally tried.

2) It can be done in a relatively short amount of time.

3) I actually like it.

4) It actually works.
